The Ollas System
Ancient Irrigation for Water Conservation
At Parco Alta Murgia B&B, we have adopted the Ollas System, an ancient and highly efficient method of water conservation in agriculture. This traditional irrigation system allows plants to absorb only the water they need, reducing waste by up to 70%.
